Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA

STANDARD SHIPPING $1 - Usual despatch time is 1-2 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-4 business days during sale / promotion / busy periods (December & January included).

EXPRESS SHIPPING $8 - Same day despatch if order is placed before 1pm, otherwise all orders will be processed the following business day.

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post. A tracking number is emailed through once an order is processed so you can track your parcel once it has been scanned into the shipping system.

In order to keep your order as safe possible, all parcels are sent with a signature required on delivery.

If a safe drop / authority to leave is required, the customer can change this delivery method once a tracking number is processed through the courier services website only. This is done at the customers risk and Mini Dreamers will not offer a refund / replacement order for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.

PREORDER

When placing an order for a preorder product, all other products on the same order number will be shipped when the pre-order is shipped. If you require an earlier delivery on non-preorder products a separate order must be placed. We do not offer split delivery.
